Ritchey Mfg. Company guarantees the dual color tags to be numbered permanently. Unlike other tags, our numbers will not wear off. Due to the complexity of factors affecting retention, we cannot guarantee that the tag will remain in the animal.

Ordering by Phone
Before you call, have your credit card number and expiration handy. A representative will help you through the ordering process. We accept Mastercard and Visa. 1-800-EAR-TAGS.
Ordering by Mail or Fax
Orders can be placed with a personal check, bank draft (drawn on U.S. Banks only), money order, or by
Mastercard or Visa.
COD orders are available for an additional $10.00.
Drop Shipments to a different address is a $5.00 charge.
Pre-Numbered Orders
Pre-numbered tags are not available through the online shopping cart. You must call us to set-up these custom orders (1-800-EAR-TAGS). Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing.
Need a die stamp or tag whizzing? If you need stamping or whizzing, or if you have a special request for pre-numbering, please order by fax (303-659-7860) or contact us directly at 1-800-EAR-TAGS. Die stamps and whizzing require special attention and may increase processing time.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on weight. We charge current UPS and parcel post rates. UPS charges an additional $5.00 for address correction. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
- 1. Call ahead for a return authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by a return number on the outside of the package.
- 2. Ship merchandise back to us via UPS or parcel post. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- 3. Inside the package include your name, address, daytime phone number and the reason for return to insure proper credit.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on all returns depending on the condition of tags or bags. Personalized tags cannot be returned for credit.
